Please be aware that is a UK based online shopping facility ONLY and regrettably NO international (overseas) shipping is possible. This includes No overseas shipping to The Republic of Ireland; The Isle of Man; The Isle of Wight; Isles of Scilly; Channel Islands or Scottish Outer Hebrides.
With regard to shipping, every endeavour will be made to ensure that the item/s you choose arrives safely to your doorstep. Please bear in mind that as a ‘one woman’ operation, I create, market, pack and post many of the items you see on the pages of this website and sometimes there may be a small ‘time delay’ in receiving your parcel. This will be due ‘in part’ to running a physical shop six days a week as well as a website operation. Opportunities to get to a post office in time for that day’s postal deadline may occasionally not meet the mark! Rest assured you will receive your item, carefully packaged in order to protect its delicate nature, as well as ‘clearly labelled’ shipping instructions taken directly from your order.
All lightweight parcels up to 2kg in weight will be despatched via Royal Mail ‘signed for service’. This is a recorded service (a signature is required upon receipt) and will be applied to all items up to 2kg at the shipping part of your transaction. No items are sent via Royal Mail ‘special delivery’ via this website as this is an expensive and non-viable service for the size of my operation. In all cases of shipping a ‘proof of despatch’ slip will be kept by Magnetic Earth Studios for a period of 8 weeks only.
Please note that shipping costs are subject to alterations/increases made by Royal Mail from time to time and this site will reflect those adjustments only when they happen, otherwise shipping costs will remain as you see them.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I would like to think that once you have made a purchase through my site that you will return again and again. In this respect, I want you feel happy with the item you receive. Please note however that I do not hold extensive stock (as my physical shop in Cornwall is small in size) and that wherever the item specifies “Sold as Seen” or “This is the item you will receive”, then it means that I have ONE unit of that item (the one photographed and appearing on the website) and that is the EXACT item that you will be sent. Your item chosen will not be substituted or replaced with another item ‘appearing’ to be the same.
In this respect, every endeavour has been made through photography to give a ‘true representation’ of the crystal/item chose. You will understand however that it is not possible to photograph an item from every single angle. Should you wish me to take another picture for you before you decide, then if you message me via the website, I will be happy to do so. Please bear in mind that this will of course add to the waiting time before you receive your purchase.
All of the above said - if you receive your item and are genuinely disappointed with it in any way (or you have a problem with your order), then you can return the item/s to:

Please include details of your order number, reason for return, and if you would like a refund or replacement. The cost of the item/s (only) will be fully refunded within a 28 day period, as long as said items are received back to Magnetic Earth Studios undamaged, unused and in original perfect condition. Please use adequate packing (the same care taken in posting out the item to you), to this end it may be a good idea to hold on to some of the original packaging) and I would advise obtaining proof of postage just in case your package goes astray.
Faulty, defective or wrongly delivered goods will of course be fully refunded, including the original and return postage costs. This is only as long as the fault is not due to misuse, use against the manufacturer's recommendations or reasonable wear and tear. I have complete faith in the quality of the products I sell and therefore hope that you will be pleased upon receiving your purchase and want to return to my website at a future point.
