Orange Calcite Obelisk (12 cms)

I cannot imagine anyone not liking Orange Calcite - it's like the colour of the blazing sun that brings us light and joy!
Orange Calcite is the definitive 'stone of happiness', regarded in the Baltic world as a gift from the pre-Christian sun goddess Saule on the Winter Solstice in December to remind us that the sun will return after a period of darkness. For this reason, many crystal collectors swear by it to lift spirits in the winter months and alleviate the effects of SAD's disorder.
It will create a congenial, relaxing space wherever it is placed.
Emotionally it strengthens the ability to heal after abuse, healing the scars where there have been traumatic and psychological effects.
Some claim that it works to ease the effect of binge eating and any kind of phobias around eating generally.
