The ancient Egyptians called Carnelian 'the stone of the setting sun' because of its deep vibrant red/orange hues and it has associations with the Goddess Isis. Linking to the solar plexus and the heart, Carnelian is a 'grounder' of energies and assists with manifestation on the earth plane. This exceptional sphere has the most beautiful banding and colour interest within the stone.
Carnelian helps absent-mindednes and offers the ability to focus. On a physical level Carnelian can aid fertility and is the stone to carry when recovering from illness, accident or trauma. Especially beneficial for aiding digestion and the liver, kidneys and gallbladder.
